If the picture is fuzzy and jumping around, try smashing the LCD Monitor on the tablet (As if you dropped it). It has worked for me before, but no guarantees.
You may want to try another monitor before doing this as the PROBLEM may lie in your video card.I had a TV that did this once and it ened up having to be replaced. You could try the previous suggestion.....worst CASE is that you end up needing a new one....which it sounds like you already do. Is it similar to this??

I RECOMMEND muting the video, profanity in the background of the video clip.Go TO Websites of your comp. mfctr & to Monitr manufacturer and check for Updates to Hardware Firmware & drivers Etc.
Monitors don't need drivers.......
Don't forget to try another monitor in the case that this is your video card.
