Answer» Hello, I just got my computer fixed, new mother board put in and a new hard drive. I went to put it my usb flash disk and the screen went blank. I tried both the front and back ones. What does this mean? Do I just need to instal a driver or something? Do I need to take it back to them to FIX it? PLEASE please no computer lingo. I know my basics but nothing beyond that. Any help would be APPRECIATED. If you could post the specs of your machine that might help solve the problem Go ONTO Start, Programs/All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information. Post all it says there. Also, when you say the screen goes blank, does the monitor itself turn off? Or does the computer restart in any way, or do you have to switch it off and on manually?
