Answer» Hi, I am using Samsung SyncMaster 713N. For the last 4-5 days it has started FLICKERING. It's not an constant flickering, but its been happening often sometimes for a period of 30-40secs; then STOPS and restarts. Tried setting the Screen Refresh Rate to maximum (75Hertz) but still no luck. I have a ATI Radeon HD 4250 Graphics Card. Pls Assist.The OBVIOUS testing here would be to try another monitor on your PC and the flickering monitor on another desktop.
