Answer» HI. i´m trying to format my disk, so i entry format c: msdos then asks the current volume label on c: unit. please help because i have no idea what that eans. i realise this is a BEGINNERS question, but it´s been a long time since i´ve used msdos . thanks!Try the command "label". But probably you'll encounter problem while formatting C: from graphic interface. Try from boot. That command is asking if you want to CREATE a volume label for that HDD...just hit Enter for "NONE" patio. B) |
