I did see him go into the partitions PAGE. It was just a matter of clicks so I have no idea what he did. As for thr back up of info...I was asked if I had everything I wanted to save backed up, but AOL BACKS and stores "Saved on AOL Mail" and "Favorites", anything ELSE was easily replaced as I don't do a lot of work in Word or whatever. And I had DISCS for WXP and 9.0VR.
