I have just got a Forsa G-force 6600 video card I installed it in its PCIe slot like i was supposed to when i started the PC back up the resolution on it didn't show what the full resolution capability of 2048 x 1536 @85 Hz. Would this be because of the monitor i am using. I am using Windows xp home

thank you Robert Have you installed the latest drivers for that card ? ? What are your AGP SETTINGS @ in the BIOS ? ? Post the details on the monitor as well....rrssrs
yes i checked on the forsa's web site and they say i have the latest drivers installed. I will have to get the spec. on the monitor later i am not where the monitor is at this moment.

is the cable in the back of your monitor VGA or DVI?
Blue or white ended? NOT ADMIN
It is VGA with the Blue end
