Solve : frequent blank screen on monitor? |

Answer» My motherboard died on me abt 3 weeks ago. I took the CPU to the shop to get it fixed. They replaced the motherboard and RAM. While it's working fine now, I'm wondering why I get this frequent blank SCREEN on the MONITOR. I've checked the "power SUPPLY" option in the control panel. It's not that the whole monitor shuts off. But the screen just goes black for 2 - 3 seconds and then, things are back to normal again. But this happens every 20 - 30 mins or so. Check your video card to make sure that it was not "knocked out of place" in the tower... Also, try upgrading your video card drivers by going to your video card manufacturer's WEBSITE... |
