I checked the other ones jumper settings an there no DIFFERNT, I check the drive an there both the same.Have you checked to see if there is a floppy OPTION in the motherboard's BIOS and ensure it's set to 1.44mb? Does the light on the floppy drive blink when the computer is turned on?yes its set to that in the bios. UI even checked the jumpers on the board an it seems like its probably a bios setting. And if the FD cable has multiple PLUGS, your in the last one after the twist? Maybe another FDD cable?yeah should have thought of that but it didnt seem like that would I dont know.
