Answer» Hey guys... Generally CPU-Z reports hardware very acurrately... yea...He promised to refund my money though, thankfully. It is interesting to NOTE though...some smart person reflashed the BIOS of the cart to report a 9500GT with 512MB or RAM, and yet it runs a 9500m GS GPU...on a card? So there must be some type of transferrance between a dedicated onboard to PCI-e somehow. The 256Mg cards actually only needed a flash to go to 512 Mg for quite some time... This was a well kept Industry secret as it cost the same to crank out a gazillion 512Mg cards and throttle them back rather than having 2 different production runs... Unfortunately because your card is actually a 128Mg this will not apply here.Yep, I even checked the GPU...it's a laptop chipset soldered to a PCI-e Board Didn't even know this was possible...anyway, refund for me! |
