Any graphics card you buy that's capable of modern gaming will be severely held back by the processor. Additionally, as mentioned above for most cards you will need a new power supply - however, your system is not a standard form factor, it's BTX, so a standard power supply may not fit. In short, my advice would be to replace the system - and that's not something I say very often, but in your case I really do THINK it would be the BEST option.
