Answer» Well I have a small 10 MB hard drive(OLD) as a master and a 120GB hard drive(NEW) as the slave , all jumpers are correct and system has worked, after about 12-10 min the computer will just stop and RESTART, load windows XP and SAY it recovered from a serious error, I went into the BIOS to try to correct the problem but now XP won't load and i get a message "Disk read error, press cont, alt ,del to restart, this just keeps repeating WHATS the problem? I have restored the defaults in CMOS no change...Is WinXP installed on 10MB (Master) or 120MB (Slave)?XP is on Master (10MB), I did not load it, the guy i bought it from was a little crazyI'm sorry did you say 10 MB? Sure that isn't 10 GB?then your probbaly gonna have to re-install XP on the 10GB HDD........are all your important files on the bigger HDD???
