Solve : graphic card vs. WXGA?

Hello,

I am INTENDING to buy a wide screen 16:9 TFT screen. My question is how it is going to look like if my GRAPHIC card does not SUPPORT the wide format WXGA? It does support UXGA. What resolution I can use on that screen in the combination with my graphic card?

Short for Ultra XGA, UXGA is a video resolution that supports a max resolution of 1600 horizontal pixels by 1200 vertical pixels.
