Hi, I have recently started to get a really strange graphics bug whenever I try to play 3D games which I have shown in the screenshot below, this example is on command and conquer, but it happens on other games such as Call of Duty 2

Sometimes it happens to just some objects other times it happens to every object on screen and I do not know what to do about it.
My game used to run fine, this is a recent problem. I have a mobility Radeon 9700 graphics card, and I have all the most recent drivers, I have updated bios, reinstalled the card, reduced my graphics settings on the game and used default levels, but this problem still occurs! Does anyone have any ideas what is up with it or how I can solve it?
I don't really know how to describe the problem succinctly so it has been quite hard to find a relevant answer on google, Any help is much appreciated!

Is this a laptop? ANy clues on the hardware?There is another thread very similar to this I just posted in, exactly the same problem.
It's most likely heat, especially with a laptop.
More info WOULD be helpful.
Also, try using this GUIDE to cooling down your laptop, that should help if it is a heat problem. Kudos to Chaz.
