"Is there a way to upgrade The Graphics card?" There is no video card upgrade the video card is a chip that is soldered into the motherboard
#1... Have you tried to adjust some of the video SETTINGS in the game OPTIONS? #2... Does the game freeze up or do you get any messages, does the game just quit? what is it doing to you during the game. #3... Do you have any issues with the PC other than the game, do get any errors on the laptop? #4... Has the game ever run correct since it was installed. #5... Here is the web site to get all available patches for the game some fix game play maybe it will help. http://www.thesims3.com/game/patches
Hope to HEAR from you soon, Mike
