Thanks all for the suggestions, I have now returned said CARD and bought an ati card, if still having issues will bump this thread again!

By the way, would it be fair to make a general ASSUMPTION that ati cards are less likely to give you problems, as in my own anecdotal experience I always struggle with nvidia cards!Quote from: chrisbaz4444 on August 25, 2011, 12:08:08 PM

Agreed, I have had both ATi and Nvidia cards cause many issues. GLAD you got it sorted If the issues are still there with a replacement card then you need a new MBoard...
