AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 3800+
2.00 Ghz, 1.00gb Ram

Diamond Stealth ATI Radeon X300se with 256mb

This isn't a dire problem, but it annoys the crap out of me.

On only CERTAIN SCREENS the top of the window it doesn't show it correctly and for instance on the Display Properties it won't show the tabs

I'm pretty computer savy but this is just an oddity that I have no clue on.
Please Help.

Has it always been like this?
If not, what happened before it started?It's always been like this.
I've never really had a problem with it, and I had seen the problem before but I ignored it.
Though today, I attempted to change my wallpaper and to my suprise the tabs weren't even there. I clicked around and EVENTUALLY it got to my tab, but it's defintily a graphics issue.Hold the left button on the mouse on the title bar and drag the window down to where you can see EVERYTHING...close out and re-open and you should be good to GO...You are saying to basically try to highlight the tabs but they don't highlight
