So far, are everything matched? Will it run?

Thank's for an advise.well by the looks of it the components you have specified will fit and run in your motherboard. just need to sort the rest out and it should run fine i currently have that graphics card and i would personally recommend you get a slightly larger case and a big power supply of around 500W.For Power Supply, check out the 12V rail amp ratings, that's more important. A 400W PSU with good 12V rail would do fine if you're not using 2 hard drives, 2 optical drives and a ubergaming graphics card which you really don't need anyway unless you're wanting to max out CRYSIS on your HDTV. How do i check it??
Right now i own a psu for a pentium 4 450w i don't think that enough because i'm going to use the motherboard & the Cpu that i already listed, for the START i'm going to installed 2gb ddr 800mghz ram(upgrade it month by month), & could be 1TB HDD SATA(upgrade it month by month), and i change my mind about the display, i will buy the asus 9800gtx+, and just a single dvd burner..i think i will try to get the ocz psu 650w atleast, or should i go higher? One thing to mention.  Do NOT buy your computer parts until you have the money to buy them all at once. If your build is scheduled more than a couple months away, I can almost guarantee significant COST savings. Or maybe a much better component will come down to your price range.Kingwin power supply!

I've done my PSU research. Kingwin is the most affordable out of the "top brands"

I own 4 kingwins now and very happy with all of them.my friend just bought that gigabyte motherboard GA EP43-DS3L and he said in the manual written the memory only up to 8GB, but as a saw it in GIGABYTE web they said it up to 16GB?What's wrong here??
