1.	Solve : Half of LCD is missing... HELP!!!?
Answer» I have a gateway laptop model: w340ua and half of the screen is not there, like its covered with white and random colors.. I hook up the laptop to an external display and works great.. So now its either the LCD screen or the LCD inverter.. What does an inverter do? Is it basically to power the lcd up? or provide colors and etc. If someone can find me a replacement screen that would be very much appreceiated.. Here is a PIC i have attached below.. THANKS.. You will probably need to get the screen REPLACED I.E. repaired.
