Answer» My computer crash to the blue screen and said contact Manufactuer Hardware Failure.I rebooted my computer and everything seems to work fine.Any one have a clue why this happened?Followup I am usimg win 2000 with AVG ANTI virus and spamfighter pro.It CRASHED while I was on the internet.I don,t know if this will help but this is all I know.

Do you have SMART drive enabled on your machine? Check that, and then you may want to do a RAM test (free at www.memtest86.com) with each stick individually.
We don't know the make/model of your machine, the components or even what you were doing when this happened. We don't know what Windows version or if all service dates and updates are applied, or if any spyware/adware/virus scanners are being used.
So as you can see, just a few tidbits of information would be helpful to get a meaningful response. See below.When is the crystal ball supposed to come back from the REPAIR shop ? ? They've had it for awhile now. Have we contacted them ?
