Answer» (I have little jumpers on the mb for normal and configure, i have it set on normal settings here) Ok i hooked up everything powered on machine fans come out makes 1 normal beep. (My hd and Dvd Burner dual layer memorex is the only thing connected on the ide cables. ) i see a logo screen and im holding del then it says invalid disk error PRESS key. Why isnt it going into bios? After that it just hangs there. It doesnt seem like the dvd drive and the hd are getting recongnized? I've TRIED to switch the jumper pins to config and boot and it goes into bios. I see the chip being recongnized but nothing else . What should i start doing? I built IDENTICAL machines the only thing diffrnt is the power supply and the ram brand. What am i missing All brand new stuff btw :-?Normal and configure? Some mobos don't like one key being pressed all the time.
Usually get keyboard error if you do.
