Answer» I looked at my MB SPECS today & found out it is 1.5 Gb/s. This was after I found out my HD was a 3.0 Gb/s. I have a problem with my OS not loading at all now. Does this issue have any deal with the speeds listed above or is this totally unrelated?I wouldn't think it has anything to do with the data transfer speeds if the computer has been working before. We need more information, Please look here.I am considering buying a 2nd HD to put Windows on for now & then wipe the corrupt drive clean once I transfer everything I want after checking for VIRUSES. I'm just wondering if having the 2 DIFFERENT speeds has any profound EFFECT on the corrupt drive. Thanks for the answer.HDD #'s relatw to the total storage space on that drive... They have nothing to do with your other posted # which is the speed of your main chip (*CPU )
