Answer» Is it possible to unpartion a HDD? If so, how would you go about it?Can you give some more information about what you want to achieve. You can delete, move, resize partitions using programs like Paragon Diskmanager. There are other programs some FREE. If you want to recover a drive after partitioning then I can recommend some programs.
LisaCheck this: How can I Unpartition my Hard Drive? When you acquire any HD Management (partitioning) software, like Paragon or Easeus, there will be an option in the program to make a Recovery CD. Always do that! Then you can work with the software on multiple PC's without installing the software on them. You can even repartition the HD on a PC that will not boot into Windows.
Having ONE extra partition on any computer is really a good idea and very handy for storage of PICTURES, MOVIES, etc., that you don't need on your C: drive all the time.
When someone GETS crazy and makes too many partitions on their drive, HD management can become a real nightmare.
Good Luck,
