Answer» Hey, This is how it all started I was working on some documents of mine, suddenly I heard this explosion within my computer, and my computer was turned off right at that second. Now i don't know what to do, my monitor, printer etc everything is workin EXCEPT my CPU. I checked the motherboard, usually I see a green light whether the computer is turned on or off but plugged in. Can it be the power supply? I've had some troubles with the power supply in the past but eventually it started behaving. Thanks for all the helpSounds like a power surge blew up your computer...... Check you're motherboard CAREFULLY for anything odd like leakages or deformed componants. Also check your power supply and socket.Replace that PSu. Don't buy a cheap one.
