Solve : Heat?

Well i INSTALLED a new processor (http://www.frys.com/product/6185909?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG)

And i put in the heatsink they gave me along with a THIN layer of thermal paste and i checked the temps and it is running very hot and the fan is not doing so well.

As you can see it is really bad. I installed everything like it should of been but for some reason the RPM/Temp is really really bad. Can someone PLEASE give me solutions on how to fix this.... Why  do you think that is bad?

AGREED. There is absolutely nothing wrong with those temperatures. My CPU IDLES around 60 degrees or so.It's not really the temp im worried about. Its mainly the RPM on the fan. Im not sure if thats a good RPM for 40c. Consult your Owners Manual for adjusting the fan's RPM's...
