please help me up with my problem.

I am computer teacher here at liceo de masbate, Philippines and some of the computer i used to it with my student GOT problems, please help me to troubleshoot with the ff. errors

1. My computer wont boot, no beep codes, no display
2. Computer wont boot on start up
3. CPU over voltage errors.

please help me to find SOLUTION with froblems.

You must give much more information. What kind of computer?, make & model?, what operating system?, how old?, fully updated?

1. I checked everything, processor, memory, video cards, power supply. Still wont works.

2. I dont know, No post, do display.

3. I just want to know the causes of displaying CPU OVER VOLTAGE ERROR, i didnt replace the power supply.
