Answer» Hi, I have had my COMPUTER for a while, with no problems. Today I tryed to install a game called the Sims for my daughter. When I put the cd in to install it started, but at 6% it said, A problem occured when trying to TRANSFER the FILE 'TSData\Res\Sound\Voice1.package' from the media. What does that mean, and how do i fix it. Does anyone know???Thank You.What version of WINDOWS do you have? And is this The Sims or The Sims 2? As this seems to be a common problem with The Sims 2, I'm going to assume that's the version you're trying to install. A lot of people get stuck at this part of the installation, which makes it sound like a problem with the game itself, but most people solve the problem by properly cleaning the CD. You should go ahead and give that a try.
