Solve : Help- Computer keeps turning on and off by itself!!?

i have a desktop pc and all of a sudden it keeps turning on and off by itself randomly.

i have changed the power box supply and formatted the computer and it keeps on doing it still.

what can it be? if its not the power box doing it or a software issue?

 What are computer TEMPS?
Windows version?running windows xp.
