It came up on my computer this MORNING that it had had expired. Could you please tell me where I need to post this?? THANK You all..Norton Removal ToolThanks Patio...Will it pretty much do it itself or will I have to do something that I'm not going to UNDERSTAND??? I truly mean it when I say I don't know hardly anything about computers.. Patio....I clicked on to the Norton Removal Tool (SymNRT). It asked me to save my Product KEY, then download and run Norton Removal Tool. It then asks me to click on to what Product I have....I have no idea what they are talking about. There is nowhere else to click to go ahead and tun this Removal Tool until I click on to the Product I have?? Any ideas?
