If you can find someone, great, but it's really simple to make that CD/DVD.
If you go to my link, all you have to is to download, and install Image Burn, for instance. From there, there are only 3 steps to make a disk:

1. Browse to the ISO-file you want to burn
2. SELECT the ISO file and right-mouse-click now
3. CHOOSE "Burn using ImgBurn"

You're done.Ok,All I have to do is go to the neosmart link you gave and download the WINDOWS Vista RECOVERY disc,then go to your instructions and burn the Cd.When I download the Windows Vista Recovery from the neosmart site will it ask to "save" or "run" the download,if so do I save it to desktop so I can find it to burn the Cd? then next follow your directions to burn it.Told you I was a beginner.As you can PROBABLY tell I have never burned anything.
