I am USING a dell studio 16 LAPTOP on vista and am having problems with the sound.

When I am playing DVDs, i can hear only background music- no dialogue at all.

Other sound is working fine (playing music and watching films online etc).

Any help would be greatly APPRECIATED. I'm worse than useless with these things Studio XPS 1640, 1645, or 1647?Hi,
