Answer» Hi, So, i WOULD like to know about wifi card for laptop. Some of the wifi card i noticed have 2 wired that can be attach to it, commonly white & black. What are the white & black means, such as + - ? Then, some of the wifi card only able to be attach with 1 wire only. Can both of these used on each other? Most laptops have 2 aerials for wireless, to get the best range, so if the wires plug into the miniature sockets then it doesn't matter which wire you use perhaps try each one and use the lead that gives the longest range/best signal What about using diff. brand or not compatible wifi card on a board?will it burn the board?No. They have to all be compatible...otherwise they wouldn't be able to sell them.
