Solve : Help me with my monitor please!!!!!? |

Answer» OK, i have a BRAND new Toshiba laptop and I was using it for a while then one day when i went to turn it on, it went to a blank white SCREEN and then it did nothing so I turned it off and then turned it back on. When I turned it back on, the monitor did nothing ( it still LOOKED like it was turned off ) but all of the normal things happened like it made the sounds of it loading vista. but the weird thing is that when I plug in an external monitor in to the side of it, it work fine on the external monitor but it still won't turn on the laptops monitor. So can u PLEASE help me out!!!!!I would use the external monitor and back up my important data and return it immediately for a replacement... |
