Answer» Can anyone Help.. My toshiba 4600 laptop will not start. All it has are three lights lit up these are; My Lead/Cable Light My On Button My BATTERY Light It is making no noise at all when I try and turn it on, and nothing is on the screen. I apologise in advance if I have ALREADY set this up on here once, I am new..I THINK I answered to a duplicate of this post already. Right? :-? Flame
