Answer» Hello, I have an Acer LAPTOP with WINDOWS XP and office 2003. It has a built in microphone which worked just fine before formatting the COMPUTER few days ago. Now it does not work anymore. It is a Realtek AC 97 type. The speakers work just fine. Does anybody know what to do? ThanksAfter reinstalling the OS did you install all drivers starting with the chipset driver?
