Answer» Hi All,
I RECENTLY dropped my Asus M51A, and when I restarted it, I GOT an "error loading operating system" message. I keep restarting it and get the same message (along with a brief, intermittent sound)
All of my files are on the C drive - stupid now I know - and I'm trying to FIGURE out how I can retrieve them first of all.
Secondly then, how I can get the laptop fully functioning again. I assume I'll need to wipe everything and reinstall, but don't know how and don't think I have any of the original CDs or anything. (I have downloaded winflash - not sure if this will help)
I'm by no means tech savvy so any advice in layman's terms would be appreciated!
Thanks
