Solve : help on a build?

Answer» OK so I'm building my first computer and i just wanted to run through a few things you know like check with the professionals that I'm doing it right so this it what i have picked out

ram             A-RAM 4GB (2 x 2GB) PC3-10600 1333MHz DDR3 RAM - 9-9-9-24 - Eco Series
motherboard     Asrock H55M Motherboard
graphics card   Sapphire Radeon HD 5670 - 512MB GDDR5 - (775MHz, 4000MHz)
hard drive      Western Digital 640GB 7200rpm Serial ATA-III-600 HDD w. 64MB Cache (WD6402AAEX) Caviar Black
case            AEROCOOl TOWER PC CASE 
power supplie   500 watts
i also need opinions on PROCESSOR that is capable of the above and either Intel i3 i5 i7 what you think is better and capable

so what i basically want to know is EVERYTHING capable and do i need a bigger power supplie or will that be good because i already have a power supplie but if i need a bigger one i can get it and if so what size watts

If this is your first build,
Why did you pick the Asrock H55M Motherboard?

It is a cheap board. Lots of promise. But not very popular. It is better suited for a more experienced builder. IMO.

Let's see how many here will defend your choice!OK i actually got ADVICE off a Friend he se it was a really good board and not bad for price

case
motherboard
power supplie
ram

so i cant really change them i just need HELP with

a) which processor should i get i3 i5 i7 that is capable of what i already have
b) do i need a bigger power supplie already have a 500 watt
c)is everything I'm planning on getting capable
