Solve : Help Opening my emachines T4130 Chassis?

Answer»

First off, I wan to SAY that I've checked the site and I haven't found any information on how to open my specific chassis and the information that is available does not apply to my specific computer.

I have an old Emachines T4130, and I need to open the case so I can replace the HDD. The problem is, even with all the screws out I can't get the case to budge! I've check with the manufacturer and they want to charge me for tech support because my computer is so old. I will not pay PER minute charges just to find out how to open my case. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Can you UPLOAD some photos?I think the top and sides are one piece and they slide off to the rear.
Is this it?
Slides to the back sounds right.....

Page 46That's nice, but it doesn't LOOK anything like the T4130.

If were as simple as just taking the sides off, I don't think the OP would be asking.I've learned to assume nothing, in any case they have a generic manual that can only help somewhere down the road.
