My computer wont boot since i have tried to reset my cmos.this cpu is p4vxasd2 ECS, i tried to reset my cmos because my computer alway say to press f2 before it continues to boot.i have tried to manualy change the date and time settings but it returns BACK from the previous setting after i use my computer.and my friend told me that reseting cmos would fix it.the procedure ive done 1st was,i turned of my pc then,pulled out the jumper and waited a minuite before i put it on.turn it on,but my computer dont display anythng.it boots on. And beeps like this.(BEEP . . . .beep,beep. . Beep)and the red led light turns of.but the cpu fan are running.but still no display,so ive search the web for proper procedur and tried it.the procedure was,turn off.nd move the jumper frm 1 and 2.to 2 and 3.then wait pres power button once.and wait a minuite.then turn it back to 1 and 2.and turn on computer.but still have the same results.help me please.i dont know what to do anymore.What about pulling out the CMOS battery for a bit, then placing back in?
