Solve : Help! Screen went all black...? |

Answer» My screen just went all BLACK, can't see no icons no nothing. Before this happened avast went up and had shut off my desktop and safe browser from avast keeps popping up not letting me GET to my desktop. Then I shut it off, then it went to the boot screen then I chose safe mode then opted a system restore. When that was done whenever I LOG onto my account I'd see all black screen. What should I do? I most definitely need help. PLEASE help me. I'd really need my computer up and working. Boot back to safemode and disable Avast including the live protection... If you're not seeing anything at all on the computer, including the task bar, icons, desktop, cursor, etc. I don't think Avast is the issue. Please post your full system specs, any changes you made recently, and exactly what Avast did that makes you think it was responsible (I'm not clear on what you're saying Avast did).But he gets video at bootup and in safemode....Today, I tried to log onto my account again, at first the desktop was showing fine, then the avast safe zone browser popped up again it says something like safer browsing on the net, etc but it won't let me go back to my desktop. Then it to blue screen with all those codes and stuff. Then rebooted. Then I went into my account again after the reboot, I could only see black screen. |
