Solve : Help with buying new gaming keyboard and mouse?

Answer»

I'm looking to buy a new gaming keyboard and mouse and i am looking for suggestions on which ONES are better.

I have chosen a few keyboards here- http://secure.newegg.com/Shopping/ShoppingCart.aspx?Submit=view

Mice-http://secure.newegg.com/Shopping/ShoppingCart.aspx?Submit=view

I'm also open to any other suggestions.
Price- Keyboards - Under $100
Mice- Under $60Logitech...Do you know any specific models that are better than others? Most of it is preference. I have a G-15 keyboard and a G-5 mouse both are logitech and work great, they are very programmable as well. You can find the keyboard on sale for about $80. and the mouse for about $40. even less if you look HARD enough. I got the mouse for under $20 on Amazon because I signed up and charged it to an Amazon visa. The keyboard I got from Fry's electronics for $80+tax.i see no point PAYING more then 10 bucks for a keyboard. Personal experience, go with logitech they make good quality itemsQuote from: Mikdugal1 on FEBRUARY 05, 2009, 12:19:43 AM

I sued to think like that, I was gaming with a value keyboard and Logitech Pilot mouse.
I eventually upgraded after much persuasion to a G5 mouse, and the difference is amazing, even though I barely game any more.
I love my Saitek keyboard too, even though 99% of the time it's used for FORUMS, IM and college work, not gaming.

I'd agree that Logitech make some very high-quality peripherals, but also consider Microsoft, Saitek and Razer - some good quality stuff from them too.
