Open it up and the cpu fan which attaches with four screws only one of the four is attached, think this is the problem? The part number is Z8U702A101 what part would be compatible. I believe the fan could even rotate so that part of it is no longer HOVERING over the heatsink and thereby causing diminished cooling effectiveness.
