Answer» i have recently put a good working hdd in to my computer that i knew worked last time i USE it. but now only half of the hdd is working. Is there any way in witch i could make the other half work again?? thxCan you tell me which half is working and which half isn't working?the small section of the hdd is working witch is only 7.15GB (D:) the section that isn't workin is the section witch CONTAINED installed programs as a BACK up section witch was 12.5GB (H:) What OS are you running ? ? How is the disk showing up in Disk Management ? ? To get there right clik My Computer and select Manage...then Disk Management. Right clik the offending partition and select PROPERTIES and REPORT back with the results...
