Answer» i just finished building a new computer. EVERYTHING is hooked up right but it wont turn on. when i plug it in and flip the power supply switch in the BACK the power supply make a CONSTANT CLICKING noise. Does this mean my ps is damaged? Suggestions: 1. Double check all cables connected 2. See to it that the PSU VOLTAGE is properly set 3. Make certain the PSU fan(s) are not obstructed in any way.
