Okay, well, there are black/grey bars running off things. It's hard to explain. But it's driving me crazy!

Maybe that will help. What's wrong with it? The people at NVIDIA were NO help. Maybe it's just that the graphic card is dying... I don't know. Help!! <3AsHThe two most likely culprits are the graphics card and the monitor. The LATTER is much easier to test. Test out a different monitor on your COMPUTER and see if it still has problems. If the problem is still there, then it is most likely your card.Turn system off , DISCONNECT vga cable from video card .
Then reconnect the cable twice without securing it .
Now reconnect it , secure it , and TRY again .

These are normally associated with the screen having an issue , and needs servicing , before it quits working .

Well,as mentioned above by CBMatt I have had 2 graphics cards go bad.

Both times it looked like the picture you provided.
