how do i connect 2 external monitors to my LAP top one through vga other hdmi i have a AMD Radeon™ HD 6300M graphics card i have the one though hdmi on but when i turn on the vga one it will disconnect the hdmi and the other way around Sis you say the OS is Windows 7?

Normally a two monitor thing with a laptop is one external monitor and the internal screen.
Does you documentation say OTHERWISE? What is the model of the laptop. The model number of the graphics is not enough. It is all about implementation.

I have my laptop monitor and and a separate monitor connected via hdmi. I would like to have a third monitor as well. I had planed on using my vga port for that monitor. I have the Asus a52j laptop running windows 7Doesn't support DUAL monitors...As said above, you can't use two external monitors with that laptop. The VGA and HDMI port are shared internally, so you can only use one at a time.
