My company plans to add Raid 5 to each PC (64bit Windows 7).
I've never tried Raid 5.

That seems a little extreme for each desktop. Usually RAID 5 is used in servers, and RAID 1 or 0 in desktops. RAID 5 is also slower than RAID 1 and 0 ESPECIALLY for WRITE. I would go with RAID 1 or 0. You will also save money because you won't need three drives in every desktop.
