My name is Tiffany Plumber and I am from England,UK.I have newly get a printer and It was running healthy ,But SURPRISINGLY it stops functioning and SHOWING some text fault MESSAGE in the screen , I do not know how to repair it, even i do not know where is the difficulty. Software or in hardware.I need some software to FIX it.
I need your suggestions.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Tiffany PlumberHi Tiffany, you could try deleting the printer and re-installing it.Curious as to the text fault message? Is it still displaying this message to share with us so we know what it is complaining about. Some of these MESSAGES are easy fixes while others can be bad news. Knowing which one you have we will be able to assist you further in diagnosing the cause and cure.
