I never thought I would have to ask How to email a computer company but something is wrong here in Canada, we have two Acer laptops, both are registered and one is STILL under warranty, for all that's worth, I need recovery media for one of the laptops, I go to the Acer website, enter the laptop's code and it says it is not available, I try to logon to the site to get help by email as to what I should do, the logon does not work, I ask for a new password, that does not work, I try to register again, no luck there either, absolutely nothing I do on their website WORKS, I just READ a good bit of advice, before you buy try the company's customer service, I sure wish I had read that earlier.

I have received good advice on this site before so I guess I am hoping you will come through again, Please help .

This has been happening to me for about a month now.  I need a NAPP CD or Recovery media and just can't get it.  Is there a forum here that I should use other than "Off Topic" ?
