Solve : How long have you been on the forum?

Answer»

I was just perusing my user statistics and noticed that I've spent a total of  29 days, 18 hours and 29 minutes on the CH forums, in the 3.3 year's I've been here. How long has everyone else been on the forums?76 days, 11 hours and 50 minutes during the 6 years 1 month since I registered on the forum. Must you remind me how much of a real life I don't have!

Well here goes...

94d 10h 13m #6 on the Most Time Online list.
391 topics started #7 on the Top Topic Starters list.
11718 posts #7 on the Top 10 Posters list.

But I am most proud of the 199069 (as of this posting) views that the 'Read this before requesting malware removal help' page has gotten.  Looks like it will break 200,000 views soon.

Many thanks to SuperDave for taking over the malware forum and to all of those (before and after me) who have put time in helping users in that forum.

Since DECEMBER 2007 iirc.Keep in mind that individual habits regarding forum login can substantially affect the stats regarding time spent on the forum.  Some folks may tend to login just long enough to post and then LOGOUT while OTHERS may login and remain logged in for a lengthy time even if not actively perusing the forum.  And, many users may fall somewhere between these extremes.

What is the difference between "activity time" and "login time"? Quote from: soybean on February 28, 2012, 04:11:44 PM

The maximum the time will go up is 15 minutes after your last action. If you post a reply, and stay logged in for 45 minutes but don't do anything on the forum (browse around, etc) that will only add 15 minutes to your total time. After 15 minutes, it assumes you left and doesn't count that towards the total time. (I'm not sure if the session expires at that point, or what).
