Answer» The main problem is my son wants to be running two monitors but I'm not sure how big of a power SUPPLY he needs. His setup is going to be: 8800gt 4gb ram windows vista ultimate amd quad core 9850 a 500gb seagate harddrive the gaming case has 2x 90mm fans He wants to be using a 20 lcd monitor and a second 17" lcd monitor How MUCH power do you think this system would need? Any kind of estimate would be helpful, I just don't want his birthday gift to be running out of power when he goes to start it up. If I forgot any important parts tell me. Oh, and if you have any suggestions on a specific power supply please POST it.Give this site a look.--------->Herea 500w power supply will be plenty. but, if you wish to future-proof it a little, i suggest going with a 750w.Thanks a bunch, just don't want one to fry and take SOMETHING out with it.Hope he has a nice birthday.
